Made a yummy smoothie for lunch:
About 5 oz. frozen blackberries (half a bag)
1 Fuji apple (whole apple with skin & seeds, cut in pieces)
1 Nectarine (whole nectarine with skin, cut in pieces - discard pit!)
1 T. protein powder
1 T. wheat germ
1 cup water
Liquify in blender.
Now, I need to start a batch of bread in the bread machine! It is carrot bread this time.
Time to watch 3 hours of Criminal Minds!
