What did I consume today:

6 oz. water (with 4 drops iodine with kelp)
1 ml. B-Complex
2 ml. Vitamin D3
1 capsule Niacinamide 
1 capsule Cod Liver Oil 
1 capsule oregano oil
1 chunk Crystalized Ginger
1 T. Dr. Bronner's Virgin Coconut Oil 
½ t. golden paste (FrontierTurmeric Root Ground/Dr. Bronner's Virgin Coconut Oil/black pepper/Frontier Ceylon Cinnamon)
¼ ml. boric acid solution
Colloidal silver - 1 spray in each nostril
5 sprays +CBD oil

Dr. Bronner's Naked Organic Lip Balm
IPSAB Tooth Powder Peppermint
Vitamin C water (1 t. Ascorbic Acid Powder, ½ t. baking soda, 12 oz. water)
2 T. GT's Sharing Gratitude Organic and Raw Kombucha
2 T. Wallaby Organic Strawberry Whole Milk Kefir 
2 T. goat milk
2 T. Brown Cow Cream Top Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt 
chocolate 'pudding' (2 T. sweet potato butter, 1 T. chopped pecans, 2 T. SunSpire Organic Fair Trade 65% Cacao Bittersweet Baking Chips)
5 sprays +CBD oil
1 capsule Niacinamide
12 oz. water
2 fried eggs
2 slices chipotle/garlic spiced bacon
1 slice levain sourdough bread with lots of raw butter
12 oz. raw milk
hot chocolate (12 oz. raw milk, 1 t. pure maple syrup, 1 t. Dagoba Organic Authentic Drinking Chocolate)
½ cup pecans/dried cranberries 
2 sprays +CBD oil
12 oz. water 
1 capsule Niacinamide
Hot Hemp Muscle Rub, and DMSO Roll On with Aloe
15 sprays Magnesium Oil, and DMSO Roll On with Aloe

Whew. Wore out! But, it's done! 

4:30pm
Had to change a doorknob to a door I never use, as Teresa needed access to the wardrobe in my room (my bedroom has two doors ...) Have some things to take out to the shed tomorrow (dog crates and bicycle dog cart.) that I had blocking that door.
